Strong in seeing individual strengths and strategically arranging tasks to maximize the team productivity and process efficiency. Fast in adapting, problem-solving and activating allows me to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Learner by nature, I have dual B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Product Design (Art Center College of Design) with MBA exchange program (INSEAD). I believe that good design is user-centered and it also applies to managing a business. I enjoy taking challenges, building meaningful connections and mentoring younger talents.
In my free time, you can find me in the mountains climbing or backcountry snowboarding.
