Cerra Teng (鄧桂環) is a design strategist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Having chemical engineering background, her design approach is scientific and systematic. She believes that good design is user-centered, and the same principle can be applied to other domains.
Growing up in Taiwan, she speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. In 2016, She went to Tanzania by herself teaching teenagers how to solve problems with Design Thinking. She has also been teaching/coaching Design Thinking in INSEAD (MBA school in France/Singapore) and Oregon State University. She’s also passionate applying her knowledge and helping startups build their brands.
In summer, you can find her at the crags rock climbing. In winter, you’ll find her on the mountains snowboarding.
